We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Bangladesh.

Yes, COD is available for all locations within Bangladesh where our delivery partners operate.

No, there are no additional charges for Cash on Delivery. You only pay for the product and standard delivery fees

If your order has not been processed, you may contact us to modify or cancel it. Once the order is shipped, changes cannot be made.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
